For sign-in trouble, account questions, or help using True North, email support@truenorthbrothers.com. Include the email address you use to sign in, but never send us your sign-in code.

Report a Campfire concern

Use the flag beside a message or photo to send it to the True North author team for review. You can block a member from the Campfire member list. A Campfire owner or co-leader can remove messages and members. For an urgent concern or if reporting in the app does not work, email support@truenorthbrothers.com with the Campfire name and what happened. Do not send sensitive information you do not need to share.

We review safety reports and may remove content or take other action. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; True North is not an emergency service.

Your account

To delete your account and personal content, sign in and choose Profile → Delete my account. If you own a Campfire, choose a co-leader to take it over first.
